General information about using this website and discussing an estimating assignment.
Business identity
BidReady Pro operates through Elite Estimation Services, registered in Pakistan.
Website information
This website describes estimating and quantity takeoff services. Its content is general information, not a project-specific quotation, commitment to a delivery date or guarantee of an outcome.
Project-specific agreement
Scope, deliverables, pricing basis, fee and delivery date are confirmed before work begins. Sending an enquiry or requesting a sample does not itself create an accepted estimating assignment.
Included revisions
Revisions are included until you are satisfied with the pre-discussed scope of work. New drawings, addenda, additional trades and changes outside the original assignment are scoped separately.
Estimate limitations
Estimates depend on the supplied drawings, specifications, design completeness and agreed assumptions. Market prices and project conditions can change. The contractor remains responsible for reviewing quantities, scope, supplier quotations, labor rates, overheads, margin and the final submitted bid.
Professional services boundaries
Quantity takeoffs and construction estimating are not engineering design, legal advice, permit approval, code certification or a guarantee of bid success. Any additional professional services require their own appropriately qualified provider and agreement.
Portfolio and illustrations
Portfolio entries describe estimating assignments. They do not claim that BidReady Pro designed or constructed the projects. Architectural photography is illustrative. The homepage workbook graphic is an illustrative format demonstration. Downloadable sample PDFs and BOQs are historical estimating examples. Their prices, assumptions and document revisions are not current quotations or construction instructions for a new project.
