Is the project quotation free?
Yes. Send us the drawing set, trade scope, project location and bid deadline. We will review the information and provide a free quotation for the estimating work.
How long does an estimate usually take?
Most projects are delivered within one week. The actual schedule depends on project size, scope, complexity and current availability. We confirm the delivery date after reviewing your documents.
What is your revision policy?
Revisions are included until you are satisfied with the pre-discussed scope of work. New drawings, addenda, additional trades and other changes outside that original assignment are not covered by this revision commitment and are scoped separately.
Which trades do you cover?
We support painting, concrete, structural work, roofing, drywall, wood framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sitework and general construction. A single trade or a wider package can be agreed for your project.
Can I see actual samples before proceeding?
Yes. Our Samples & work page includes seven real estimating samples. Each has a marked-up takeoff PDF and its matching Excel BOQ, so you can review the scope and workbook format before discussing your project.
What do you need to get started?
Please share the latest drawings, relevant specifications, addenda, trade boundaries, project city or ZIP code and your bid deadline. Tell us whether you need quantities only or a priced estimate.
Can I order a quantity-only takeoff?
Yes. We can provide a quantity-only takeoff or a priced estimate. The exact deliverables, measurement breakdown and any pricing assumptions are agreed before the work begins.
Which software and file formats do you use?
We use PlanSwift for quantity takeoffs and Excel for editable BOQs and estimating workbooks. Marked-up PDF drawings and the required cost breakdown are included where agreed in your scope.
Where are you based, and which markets do you serve?
BidReady Pro operates through Elite Estimation Services, registered in Pakistan. We provide remote estimating support for US-based clients, with a particular focus on Texas and Florida.
How do I send drawings or request a quote?
Email info@bidreadypro.com with your plans or a document-sharing link. You can also use our project enquiry builder to prepare an email, then attach your drawings and send it from your own email app.
Can you help when our in-house estimators are busy?
Yes. We can discuss a defined trade package or a series of assignments. Share the priorities and deadlines so we can confirm scope and availability before committing.
