An editable quantity workbook organized to the agreed scope. Priced estimates and marked-up drawings can be discussed when we define the assignment.
What to clarify
Coordination changes and incomplete design can affect quantities. We do not present a takeoff as engineered coordination, system sizing or installation design.

Start with a clear agreement.
Do I have to commission all three disciplines?
No. Choose HVAC, electrical or plumbing individually, or agree a combined package. Each discipline is scoped and presented distinctly.
Can you price the takeoff as well?
Yes, where a priced estimate is agreed. Share project location, pricing date and any preferred supplier or labor information. The pricing basis and exclusions should be clear.
What does it cost and how long will it take?
