Mechanical · Electrical · Plumbing

Complex systems.
Clearly separated.

MEP takeoff support that keeps mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes distinct, organized and ready for your review.

Inside the takeoff

Three disciplines. A deliberate scope for each.

What to send

Current MEP plans, risers, schedules, specifications and relevant architectural backgrounds. Share alternates, addenda and any division of responsibility between subcontractors.

What you receive

An editable quantity workbook organized to the agreed scope. Priced estimates and marked-up drawings can be discussed when we define the assignment.

What to clarify

Coordination changes and incomplete design can affect quantities. We do not present a takeoff as engineered coordination, system sizing or installation design.

Before we begin

Start with a clear agreement.

Do I have to commission all three disciplines?

No. Choose HVAC, electrical or plumbing individually, or agree a combined package. Each discipline is scoped and presented distinctly.

Can you price the takeoff as well?

Yes, where a priced estimate is agreed. Share project location, pricing date and any preferred supplier or labor information. The pricing basis and exclusions should be clear.

What does it cost and how long will it take?

Request a free quotation by sending the scope and deadline. Most projects are delivered within one week, depending on drawing completeness, project size and complexity. We confirm the actual schedule before starting.
